- Editing fee is included in price (includes standard retouching)
- Additional photoshop editing: $10 per photo
- Photos available within 24 hours after shoot
- Download access granted upon payment completion
- $200 cancellation fee for less than 24-hour notice
- Please ensure you or your clients are ready at scheduled time
- Pricing structured for Residential Real Estate Agents
- Up to 30 miles round-trip travel included
- Beyond 30 miles: $100 per hour (1-hour minimum)
- Please review our pre-shoot checklist before appointment
- Property must be photo-ready at session start time
- We shoot properties as-is; we are not a cleaning service
- $50 minimum fee if photographers must wait for cleaning/clearing
- $50 minimum fee if navigating around sellers/pets during shoot
- $10 minimum per photo for post-shoot item removal requests
